  1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns are only accepted for:

Damaged plants or products received upon delivery.

Incorrect items delivered (e.g., wrong plant or product).

1.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging.


  1. Return Request Process

2.1. Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 Days of receiving the order.
2.2. To initiate a return, please provide the following:

Order number.

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

A brief description of the issue.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

3.1. The following items are not eligible for returns:

Plants that are healthy and delivered as per the description.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Customized or special-order items.


  1. Refunds and Replacements

4.1. Once your return request is approved, you can choose between:

A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item.

A refund to your original payment method.

4.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.


  1. Return Pickup

5.1. In case of a return, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.
5.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed for pickup.
