Order Cancellation Process


At PlantsSouq, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please follow the process outlined below.

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Go to the login page of the PlantsSouq website.
  • Enter your username/email and password to access your account.

2. Go to “My Account”

  • After logging in, navigate to the “My Account” page.
  • This page is typically available under your profile icon or in the top menu.

3. Find Your Order

  • On the “My Account” page, go to the “Orders” section.
  • Here, you will see a list of all your recent and past orders.

4. View Order Details

  • Locate the order you wish to cancel and click on the “View” button next to the order number.
  • This will display all details of that specific order.

5. Request Cancellation

  • If your order is still in “Processing” status or has not been shipped yet, you may see the option to “Cancel” the order.
  • If the cancel option is not available or the order has already been shipped, please proceed to step 6.

6. Contact Us for Cancellation

  • If the cancellation option is not available online or your order has already been shipped, please contact us immediately to request cancellation.
  • You can reach us via:
  • Provide the order numberyour full name, and the reason for cancellation in your message.

7. Order Cancellation Confirmation

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and confirm your cancellation request via email or WhatsApp.
  • If your cancellation is successful, we will notify you of the status.

8. Refund Process

  • If you have already paid for your order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not require a refund.
  • Refunds will typically take7  days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
